OneFi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả những dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập và cách sử dụng. OneFi respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập1. Data we collect

• Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, địa chỉ email, mật khẩu (đã mã hoá).
• Account information: full name, email address, password (encrypted).
• Dữ liệu tài chính bạn nhập: giao dịch thu/chi, danh mục, ví, ngân sách, sổ nợ, giao dịch định kỳ, mục tiêu tiết kiệm.
• Financial data you enter: income/expense transactions, categories, wallets, budgets, debts, recurring transactions, savings goals.
• Ghi chú: nội dung văn bản và file ghi âm giọng nói (nếu bạn sử dụng tính năng ghi chú thoại), cùng bản chuyển văn bản tương ứng.
• Notes: text content and voice recordings (if you use the voice note feature), along with their transcripts.
• Ảnh đính kèm giao dịch (nếu bạn tải lên).
• Photos attached to transactions (if you upload any).
• Token thiết bị dùng cho thông báo đẩy (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Device tokens used for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Thông tin kỹ thuật cơ bản: loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, log lỗi ứng dụng.
• Basic technical information: device type, OS version, app error logs.

2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu2. How we use your data

• Vận hành các tính năng cốt lõi của app (theo dõi chi tiêu, ghi chú, nhắc nhở).
• To operate the app's core features (expense tracking, notes, reminders).
• Gửi email xác minh tài khoản, đặt lại mật khẩu, và thông báo đẩy liên quan tới hoạt động của bạn.
• To send account verification emails, password reset emails, and push notifications related to your activity.
• Cải thiện độ ổn định và bảo mật của ứng dụng.
• To improve the app's stability and security.

3. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba3. Sharing data with third parties

• Firebase (Google) — dùng để gửi thông báo đẩy. Dữ liệu giao dịch/ghi chú của bạn không được chia sẻ với Firebase.
• Firebase (Google) — used to send push notifications. Your transaction/note data is not shared with Firebase.
• Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Bảo mật4. Security

• Mật khẩu được mã hoá một chiều (BCrypt), không bao giờ lưu dạng văn bản thường.
• Passwords are one-way encrypted (BCrypt) and are never stored in plain text.
• Kết nối giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ được mã hoá qua HTTPS.
• The connection between the app and our server is encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Quyền của bạn5. Your rights

• Bạn có thể xem, chỉnh sửa dữ liệu của mình trực tiếp trong ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào.
• You can view and edit your data directly in the app at any time.
• Bạn có thể xóa toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan trong mục Cài đặt > Tài khoản > Xóa tài khoản. Việc xóa là vĩnh viễn và không thể khôi phục.
• You can delete your entire account and related data under Settings > Account > Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Trẻ em6. Children's privacy

OneFi không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu phát hiện đã vô tình thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó ngay khi biết.

OneFi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it as soon as possible.
